You will not post any dating or other mature content (including advertisements).
You will not use Localily to do anything unlawful, misleading, malicious, or discriminatory.
You will not post weapons; firearms/guns and components; BB/pellet, stun, and spear guns; etc
You will not post ammunition, clips, cartridges, reloading materials, gunpowder, fireworks, explosives
You will not post recalled items; hazardous materials; body parts/fluids; unsanitized bedding/clothing
You will not post prescription drugs, medical devices; controlled substances and related items
You will not post alcohol or tobacco; unpackaged or adulterated food or cosmetics
You will not post child pornography; bestiality; offers or solicitation of illegal prostitution
You will not post pet sales (re-homing with small adoption fee ok), animal parts, stud service
You will not post endangered, imperiled and/or protected species and any parts thereof, e.g. ivory
You will not post false, misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent content; bait and switch; keyword spam
You will not post offensive, obscene, defamatory, threatening, or malicious postings or email
You will not post anyone’s personal, identifying, confidential or proprietary information
You will not post food stamps, WIC vouchers, SNAP or WIC goods, governmental assistance
You will not post stolen property, property with serial number removed/altered, burglary tools, etc
You will not post ID cards, licenses, police insignia, government documents, birth certificates, etc
You will not post US military items not demilitarized in accord with Defense Department policy

You will not post spam; miscategorized, overposted, cross-posted, or nonlocal content
You will not post postings or email the primary purpose of which is to drive traffic to a website
You will not post or email offering, promoting, or linking to unsolicited products or services
You will not engage in unlawful multi-level marketing, such as a pyramid scheme, on Localily.
You will not post any good, service, or content that violates the law or legal rights of others
You will not facilitate or encourage any violations of this Statement or our policies.
You will not solicit login information or access an account belonging to someone else.
You will not upload viruses or other malicious code.
You will not do anything that could disable, overburden, or impair the proper working or appearance of Localily, such as a denial of service attack or interference with page rendering or other Localily functionality.
